Shu Uemura, the queens of lashes and lash application. I don’t know what it is but their eyelash curler is the best in the market and it’s in my top 10 list of must haves in my beauty regime. When I am not primping and preening my own lashes, I enjoy putting on faux ones for extra oommpphhh! All I have to say is, if you are not on lashes yet, you’re missing out. With the new colourful, feathery and glittery eyelashes this fashionable 60ies trend (remember Twiggy) celebrates a come back.

So-called “Lash Bars” in Japan beautify eyes with fluttery, birdlike creations and these lash bars are popping up every where.The procedure is easy but very eye-catching. Trust me with practise; it will be faster than applying mascara! Done well, the false lashes can turn every wink into a little miracle. While some of the new lashes are clearly overdone, there are some, which might inspire the whole fashion industry for the up coming season. Between you and me, I’ll stick to the “regular” lashes.
