I braved South Granville this past weekend and along with hundreds of other people, bustled into William Sonoma to take in the scent of caramel apples, pyramids of hot coco and shiny new kitchen wares.

I made my way around the small store and this wonderful little Cuisinart Mini-Prep caught my eye. It was the most perfect purchase for my boyfriend and I because it is the perfect little helper for small food preparation, from chopping veggies, herbs, hard cheese and making mashed yams (which we did the other night)!

Designed in Italy, the Mini-Prep Plus’ sleek touch pad controls afford easy cleaning and an elegant look and despite its space-saving size, it’s more powerful than other choppers.
