We live in a tech world where our communication has resorted to emails, text messages and pining. The gesture of presenting your business card is becoming a dying tradition. I for one, still appreciate the business card. It is your identity, your “status” card, a little piece of you and as well, it becomes a keepsake for others. I pick up business cards everywhere I go and collect these little pieces of art, especially well designed ones. I admire their form of artistic expression.
Business cards nowadays are not the standard issue. You can find them in all shapes and sizes, made with advanced printing and specialized stock. On something that can be so small in size, most at 3.5 ” x 2 “, there is an endless possibility when expressing your story. You are sharing a part of you, the great side of you! So make sure that it is everything you want it to be. You only have a few seconds to make an impression. The photo you see here is a card for Ellen Jackson Photography, designed by Eric Kass of Funnel.
