Going for Dim Sum is almost a weekly thing for me and the Wakiya Restaurant at the Gramercy Park Hotel in New York, takes the Dim Sum experience to a whole new level.

The new addition now completes the hotel’s trilogy with already popular Rose Bar and Jade Bar. They’ve recently opened up the roof top patio which is a perfect place to grab a drink during the summer nights.

I suggest a reservation for their weekend dim sum brunch, it’s hard to get a seat.
