Vancouver’s first new hotel in 5 years is making a splash in the Coal Harbor area. Los Angeles based hotel operator, The Kor Hotel Group is the master mind behind the Loden development and marks the company’s first foray into Canada and its first joint hotel project with Amacon, Canada’s leading real estate development firm known for its progressive projects and new home communities.

The $35 million, 77-room, 14-storey property includes seven suites, a 1,600-square-foot penthouse suite and lobby restaurant and bar. The Voya Restaurant is scheduled to be open this Summer 2008.
