Playing For Change

A  friend of mine passed this along to me on Facebook one day and it made me smile, it made my heart cry and it made me tap my feet.

Directed by Jonathan Walls and Mark Johnson, “Playing For Change” is a musical journey of discovery that celebrates the freedom and lives of street musicians in America.

The filming was focused on the three cities of Los Angeles, New Orleans, and New York. The documentary captures an abundance of raw, musical talents and styles and human moments that would probably go unnoticed on a normal day to day.

Thanks to this wonderful collaboration of work, these artists get to have their moment to shine for the world.
