I love good food…But I don’t buy into a hierarchy or culinary class system.

Take a break from the shops of Robson street and rest your pretty pumps on the posh patio at Market. The Grilled Market Burger is proof that trendy foodies love nothing more than to get their hands dirty by wrapping them around this savory sin. The perfectly fried onion ring adds that addictive layer of crunch that will have the carnivore in you screaming for more.

Vera’s Burger Shack

If it’s bite-sized burgers you’re after, go straight to the top of the fast food chain and order the Vera sliders. Available in orders of 4, 8, or 12…these mini-mouthfuls come with cheese, ketchup & Vera’s sauce…but feel free to pile up your sliders with all the usual Vera’s sides. They may not be mini once you add in all these yummy extras.

If you’re planning a road trip through the interior of BC this summer, chances are you’ll make a stop in Kelowna. If you do, Gorgeous George’s is a must. But prepare to indulge; these burgers are not for the faint of heart.

If you’re on vacation I say go all out…bacon, cheddar, mushrooms, fried onions, special sauce… the bigger the better at George’s. All burger’s are made with AAA 100% sirloin steak and don’t hit the grill until you order. Summer’s looking really tasty.
