When Spring finally comes around, I desperately crave fresh seafood (see article on Spot Prawns). While cruising on my bicycle last weekend, I came across Go Fish restaurant perched on the water’s edge at Fisherman’s Wharf, just outside of Granville Island. I instantly fell in love with the fitting marina-side setting and delicious, fresh fare.

On any given day you will find a line up of hungry Vancouverites patiently waiting for one of the many daily specials or favorites like Salmon Tacones.

Two important things to remember:

1. Good things come to those who wait.
2. Go early; their hours are short because they tend to sell out of most items.
