I am having a brand new love affair with 50s style, since getting hooked onto the TV series “Mad Men“.

Voluminous a-line skirts, cinched in waists for the ladies and tailored wool suits, cardigan sweaters and fedoras for the men. This new found love prompted my next retail therapy fix.

During my recent trip to Front and Co (unloading yet another batch of clothes), I found myself a new fedora to sport. Light heather gray, menswear plaid with a black band and crest detail.

Perfect for those bad hair days.
