Italian cuisine is by far my favorite. Trattoria Italian Kitchen, located on 4^th Avenue in Kitsilano between Burrard and Cypress, is part of the Glowbal Restaurant Group which is known for operating some of the top restaurants in Vancouver such as Glowbal, Sanafir, and Coast. With prompt service and a more appropriately casual setting than its sister restaurant, Italian Kitchen on Alberni, Trattoria is another star in the 4^th Avenue restaurant constellation.

I am a huge fan of their bruschetta with chick peas, roasted garlic, and Italian parsley. When I have trouble choosing what I want for a main , I simply order the pasta platter featuring equal servings of spaghetti and kobe meatballs with tomato fonduta, penne pomodoro, linguine pesto and kobe lasagna.
