If a matte complexion and make-up that doesn’t melt off seems unattainable in this scorching heat, melt no further.  Below is a list of products that will help keep your eye shadow from creasing and your forehead from shining.

Face Primer – Primer is the layer after your moisturizer and before your makeup. Face Powder – As seen in a previous post, Smashbox’s Halo Illuminating Powder is not too heavy but provides a glowing, matte finish. Mineral, light and flawless coverage.

Eyeliner – Also mentioned in a previous post, Mac Cosmetics Liquid Last Liner. It’s true, this eyeliner will literally stay put even if you go swimming!

Finish – HD Perfecting Powder by Make Up Forever. Girls, this translucent powder will change your life. Well, your glow at least. This powder is applied last, and gives you an “air brushed affect” and helps set your makeup in place.
