I can’t believe it’s already August and the wind down of summer is approaching fast. It’s been a very busy last few months at my house hold. Holding down a full time job, blogging and working on a small project on the side. (Details coming soon, I promise). Although, if you are following me on “Pinterest” or on “Twitter”, you would have already figured it out.

Just a few random summer things I’d like to mention before the sun disappears. There’s still a lot of time to hit the local farmer’s markets around the city. One of my favorites is the Trout Lake Market. It’s a drive from my place but I just love the lake side location - it’s pooch heaven.

I’ve been sporting my beloved gold Michael Kors watch for the last couple years and have been looking for an update. I’ve been eying rose gold lately, it’s such a warm metal color that goes with all skin tones. During my recent trip to Los Angeles, I found this beautiful Kenneth Cole watch in rose gold with clear lucite details. Looks absolutely elegant and feels and looks “light weight” and perfect for summer attire.
